Which embroidery coverage should I choose?
Twill Background (Base)
Embroidered patches have twill fabric as their base. Threads are then stitched on top.
Under 100% Embroidery
An area of the patch is unstitched. Above, the blue twill is exposed to represent the sky. Ideal if your design has a large area of solid color.
100% Embroidery
Above, thread completely covers the twill with no blue sky showing. This was necessary to acheive the sunset effect.
