The first step is to let us know the basic details of your order, such as quantity, size, backing, and the date you need your order by. This will help us give you an accurate price quote.

Approve Your Art
On this step, one of our experienced artists will work with you to create the best patch possible. Not only do we offer full design services for free, but we will also give you our professional advice to ensure your final patch will look amazing. You can either approve the artwork immediately, or request changes.

Approve Your Pre-Production Sample
Once you are satisfied with your artwork, we will produce a sewn sample for your review. If you are happy with the photo of your sample, we will move into full production. For rush orders or orders with a quantity of less than 100, we may skip this step.

Receive Your Order
Your patches will usually ship to you within 10-12 business days of your approval of the sewn sample. Enjoy!
