What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order for embroidered patches is 6 pieces, which is among the lowest in the industry. Anything lower than that we are unable to produce at a low cost to you. We have price breaks at 12, 25, 50, and 100+ pieces.

What is the turnaround time for patches?

Standard production time for embroidered patches is typically 10-15 business days from final proof approval. No delivery date is guaranteed unless discussed and approved at the time of placing the order. We also offer a 7-9-business day rush service, which adds 20% to the cost of your order.

Is there a sandard patch size?

While there is no standard size, some sizes are more common than others. Our most popular sizes are 3", 3.5", and 4". These sizes work in the majority of settings and usages.

Do I have to submit a sketch/Artwork?

No, not at all. If you do not have artwork, you need only to describe what you are looking for, and our skilled Art Department will provide you with a beautiful, professional design. However, if you do have a sketch or even unfinished artwork, it would be easier for our artists if you submit it. It will also aid our Art Department in making your final design as close as possible to what you are envisioning.

Will I be able to approve my art before my patches are produced?

Absolutely. One of our artists will prepare professional artwork and post it to your account. You will be notified by email once your artwork is ready for review. We will not proceed to the next step until you approve the art.

Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are all made?

Yes. After you approve your artwork, we will produce an actual patch and post a photo of it to your account. You will be notified by email when this sewn sample is ready for your review. We will not proceed to full production of your order until you approve your sewn sample.

What other charges should I expect?

Once your quote is finialized and your order placed, the only additional charges your order could incuur are shipping, and possibly sales tax depending on your state.

We do not have any hidden charges or fees, including setup fees or artwork charges.

Of course, if you make chages to your order after it's placed, such as size or quantity changes or the addition of special features, this could alter your pricing.

What if I am not satisfied with my patches?

Our top priority is for you to be completely happy with your patches. If we make a mistake in production we will redo your patches at no cost.
